The completion date of UBC 1 office building is scheduled for the spring of 2017. The building will be shaped as a triangle, including a level for retail and services and 11 floors for office spaces.


This is the second office building developed under the brand of United Business Center (UBC), currently in construction in the proximity of Iulius Mall.


Nearly 1,300 people will work in UBC 1, the benefits for tenants including: parking places, services and shopping area, restaurants, cafes, park, as well as special promotions and discounts.


Openville represents a total investment exceeding EUR 220 million, being the second mixed-use complex in Iulius group’s portfolio, following Palas Iași. The construction started in September 2015 with the works for UBC 2 office building, which will be completed this autumn. The future tenants of this building, with a rentable area of 18,000 sqm, include Ness Software Engineering Services, Autoliv Romania and the medical centre Regina Maria.
