The three options proposed to the shareholders are the fusion with Imotrust in Arad, as absorbing company, with Polsib and Imovest Clean, with Arcvia Minerva, as absorbing company, with Polsib and Imovest Clean, or the fusion of Imovest Clean with Polsib.

 

The company Imotrust, controlled by the businessman Alexandru Bercea, owns 58 of the capital of Arcvia Minerva, and Imovest Clean is controlled by a branch of the real estate developer.

If the fusion will take place, Imotrust will take possession of the 2.6 ha plot of land situated on 40 Alba Iulia Road in Sibiu, where the production unit and the bookstore of the publishing house are situated and where the retailer Kaufland intended to open a hypermarket. (Source: zf.ro)
