The real estate consulting company HomeFinders analyzed based on 6.153 sale offers in January 2014 and January 2015, the average prices of housing requested by owners in two distinct market segments, namely the popular market (periphery) and medium-premium market (center, semi-central and North).

The analysis shows that the prices of apartments located at the periphery grew by only 0.1 percent from January 2014 to January 2015, while prices of apartments in central, semi-central and Northern areas increased by 4 percent.

Thus, if in January 2014 the average price of an apartment in a residential assembly located in peripheral areas was EUR 53,900, in the first month of 2015 it increased to EUR 54.000. On the other hand, in the central, semi-central and Northern areas, the average price grew from EUR 73.000 to EUR 76.000. (Source: business-review.eu)
