Ovidiu Buluc, the entrepreneur controlling the Farmexim group, with a turnover of more than EUR 300 million from the drugs distributions and pharmacies has put on sale the warehouses in Pipera after he inaugurated this year a logistics centre in Balotesti, following EUR 14 million investments.

Papalekas bought the plot of land near Pipera underground station, one of the most transited in Bucharest, with a daily traffic of approx. 20,000 people, also considering that the project proposed for development is, according to ZF information,  on the short list of Deutsche Telekom for the consolidation of the operations of Cosmote and Romtelecom, companies which will be rebranded this year under the brand T.

A decision regarding the future common headquarters of the two companies will be taken this year, has said recently Nikolai Beckers, CEO of Cosmote and Romtelecom, but the group’s representatives didn’t confirm yet if Papalekas’s project is on their short list. (source: zf.ro)
