The renovation and reconsolidation works were started last summer by the construction company ConArg from Piteşti, after Global Vision bought from Marfin Leasing for EUR 3 million the building with an area of approx. 3,000 sq. m.

„The spaces in the building will be delivered in November to the first tenants signing leases in the building. Currently, the building has 30-40 pct occupancy rate. For the commercial spaces we have a tenant in the food industry, a restaurant“, has declared Rusandra Bejan, sales & marketing manager of Global Vision.

According to Zf information, the restaurants chain La Plăcinte, currently operating four units in Bucharest centre and north, will open a new restaurant in the building situated at the gate to the Old Town, an area where there are around 40-50 restaurants. (source: zf.ro)
