The transaction was close in the end of August, but it was not yet officially made public. Profit.ro wrote in the beginning of September that GLL Real Estate Partners, the owner of the office building Charles de Gaulle Plaza in Bucharest, comes back on the Romanian market after nearly 10 years of absence through two acquisitions of nearly EUR 120 million - Floreasca Park and Victoria Center.

GLL Real Estate Partners is owned 19 pct. by Generali insurance group and manages assets exceeding EUR 5 billion worldwide.

On the local market, the activity of the fund was limited after 2006, when the fund bought the building Charlles de Gaulle Plaza. (source: profit.ro)
