Garanti group, including GarantiBank, Garanti Leasing, Garanti Credite de Consum and Garanti Credite Ipotecare, occupies a rentable area of 7,200 sq. m in the F Building of the office complex.

The F Building has a rentable area of 24,000 sq. m on ten office floors and six parking levels, Garanti group occupying three floors.

The business park Novo Park includes seven office buildings with a total rentable area of approx 75,000 sq. m and 98% occupancy rate. Novo Park’s tenants: Hewlett-Packard (HP), Procter & Gamble (P&G), Mondelez Romania (former Kraft Foods), Garanti Romania group, Ringier, Sodexo, Infineon Technologies, Yokagawa, Luxoft and UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions. There are almost 10,000 employees working in the office complex.

This year, Novo Park and West Gate, another project developed by Genesis Development Militari district in Bucharest, obtained the BREEAM Very Good certification, becoming green office parks.
