Sanofi rented 2,200 sqm in the second building of the Green Court complex, which should be finalized in the first half of 2015. Sanofi is the first tenant of the building, which has a total of 18,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA).

 

So far, Skanska has closed leasing contracts for about 19,000 sqm in the complex, with the first building almost fully rented by clients such as Orange Romania and Schneider Electric. The first building of the complex will be finalized this fall.

 

Skanska is currently working to finalize the structure of the second building after which it will start working on the façade.

 

The Green Court office project is located in the Barbu Vacarescu area, one of the hot spots for offices in Bucharest. Among the amenities in the area are the Aurel Vlaicu subway station and the Promenada Mall. Skanska’s office project has a total of three buildings with a total GLA of 52,000 sqm.

 

French group Sanofi is one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in Romania. Sanofi Aventis Romania SRL had a turnover of EUR 190 million in 2013, with 170 employees.
