The food concepts will cover nearly 2,200 sq m in the retail area of the mixed-use project, with 600 sqm only the terraces.

Our intentions for expansion in this area are not new, yet we started the project now, when the mix of locations we develop can become a permanent destination both for serving breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as for leisure, a more complex approach of all we have to offer”, mentions Silviu Talpau, Managing Partner Fratelli Group. 

Timpuri Noi Square mixed project will reach more than 100,000 rentable area, being therefore the largest office park in Romania, upon its completions. Moreover, the complex will include a large retail zone and a residential area with 50,000 square metres, according to Vastint representatives.

First two restaurant concepts will be opened in Timpuri Noi Offices 1, occupying the entire commercial area in ground floor, mezzanine and in the plaza, while the cafeteria will be hosted by Timpuri Noi Offices 2.
