Apart the transactions of certain individual assets, it is very probably to assist also to portfolio sales from the corporations which are big real estate assets owners, but not developers/investors, but have a different main range of activity”, considers David Ţiplea, EY Tax & Law, Business Development Leader Central and South-East Europe.
