The complex Novo Park totalizes approx. 75,000 sq. m officespaces and has over 98% occupancy rate, its tenants including multinational companies such as HP, UniCredit, Luxoft or Garanti Group.

The investments went to new facilities, infrastructure and landscape works. EUR 300,000 went to set-up of a cafeteria on 530 sq. m and a capacity of 200 persons, to which adds an open air terrace for 40-50 persons. Situated in ground floor of G Building, the cafeteria was delivered t o the operator Expert Service Supply.

Apart the cafeteria set-up, Genesis Development invested EUR 500,000 for infrastructure works on G Building area from Fabrica de Glucoza St. and landscape works involving the plantation of more than 300 trees.

The infrastructure works had the purpose of arranging the access roads in Fabrica de Glucoza, an underground parking with 70 places, an artesian well and the sidewalks of the area.

The business park Novo Park is made of seven office buildings with approx. 75,000 sq.m rentable area, including 1,100 parking places. Its tenants include Hewlett-Packard (HP), Procter & Gamble (P&G), Mondelez Romania (former Kraft Foods), Garanti Group Romania, Ringier, Sodexo, Infineon Technologies, Yokagawa, Luxoft and UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions.


This year, Novo Park and West Gate (project developed by Genesis Development in Militari district), obtained the BREEAM Very Good certification.
