The contract includes the renting of four floors form the third building within AFI Park office project, with the possibility of expansion, according to Endava development plans. The company occupies already two floors in AFI Park 1, which will be relocated to the third building in December 2014, when the activity will be expanded on two additional floors.

 “The results we have regarding the rents, namely AFI Park 1, fully let, AFI Park 2, 96% let and the recent pre-lease signed for AFI Park 3 with Endava motivates us to start in the first quarter of this year the construction of additional 27,000 sq. m to the rentable area in AFI Park 4 si AFI Park 5”, has declared David Hay, CEO AFI Europe Romania.

Radu Grosu, delivery director for the development center of Endava in Bucharest said that Endava had in plan the growth of its Bucharest team to 400 employees by the end of this year.

Endava is one of the most active employers in IT field, with more than 1,000 employees in Bucharest, Cluj and Iasi. Endava occupies the first place in top 20 IT companies where to work in Romania. The company announced its plans to increase its personnel with 25% per year for the next two years.

 

AFI Park benefits form an exceptional request for the project, especially from tenants in IT&C industry, as the two floors Endava will leave in the first building following its relocation were already rented to companies in this field.
