EBS Tower was developed by Imoinvest, member of the financial group Imofinance, controlled by the local entrepreneur Iosif Pop.

’’The EBS Tower project started nearly two years ago, the investment in fitting out the space reaching approx. EUR 2 million. EBS Tower hosts 520 people in its 7,000 sq. m intended for the company, but we still have available in Cluj 60 jobs’’, has declared Daniel Metz, CEO of EBS Romania. The company is paying a rent of EUR 12-13 per square metre for the spaces rented in EBS Tower.

 

EBS Tower also includes classrooms, conference and videoconference rooms, interview rooms, a library, while a floor is entirely dedicated to relaxation. In the following weeks, the building will also include a bistro, a cafeteria, a terrace and a restaurant.

 

The ground floors of the building is dedicated to a special professional development program, organized by EBS Romania together with Babeş-Bolyai University (UBB) and includes an amphitheatre with 100 places, a classroom and a professors room.

 

EBS Romania registered last year nearly EUR 25 million turnover and a net profit exceeding EUR 3 million, according to the website of the Ministry of Finance. (source: zf.ro)
