The sale of the office buildings will generate a cash flow of € 71 million to the Israeli group.

Dragos Paval's entry into this sector would mark the emergence of a new big player in the office market, dominated by foreign companies.
 Among the Romanians on the office market are Geo Mărgescu with Forte Partners who built the Stefan cel Mare office project and will finalize the first phase of The Bridge office projct  in September and Victor Capitan with Andrei Diaconescu through One United, who are planning to develop a project at the former industrial platform Automatica in Bucharest. 
The biggest Romanian office owners are Liviu Tudor, who owns 150,000 sqm of office space in Bucharest, and Iulian Dascalu, whose greoup has been developing office buildings in Iasi, Cluj-Napoca, and Timisoara. (source: zf.ro)
