„CCECC intends to open offices in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. We are interested in railway rehabilitation, towers and bridges projects, highways. Our company is eager to cooperate with local companies in order to get European financing for such projects”, said Zhang Zhenhai, general manager of the European business department of CCECC, during the China – CEE Forum.
