The land is situated on Tudor Arghezi St., at the crossroad with Jean-Louis Calderon St., and the construction permit was obtained in February 2012 from Bucharest city Hall.

The public information about the work shows that the building will have 10 floors plus a technical floor, the construction started in February 2014 and the completion is scheduled for February 2017.

Centrofarm is controlled by the company General Farma Invest (owned by a vehicle registered in Cyprus, Degribo Consultans Limited, and by Catia Radulescu, the general manager of Centrofarm).

There are several office and retail projects under development in the area. One of the investors is Elmec Romania, which changed its name in the beginning of this year to FF (Folli Follie) Group Romania. The company will complete in the beginning of next year the reconstruction works for an historical building situated at the crossroad of Ion Campineanu St. with Nicolae Balcescu Blvd., a project involving approx. EUR 5 million investments.

Near this building, the company Wellkept Imobiliare develops an office building with retail premises in the ground floor and across the street from Coltea Hospital another historical building entered last year the renovation process. (source: wall-street.ro)
