About 69% of the interviewed managers said they plan to increase salaries, with 50% of them saying the increase will be limited to 5%. 27% of the interviewed Romanian managers plan an increase over 5%, while 43% do not plan any salaries’ changes.
Retaining good employees is the key aspect that receives the highest support among different countries (69%), followed by productivity growth (61%) and cutting the cost base (47%). (source: Romania-insider.com)
