The future parking could be developed on Sfinţii Apostoli St., behind the Palace of Justice, near Dâmboviţa bank, one of the busiest points in Bucharest.
The last underground parking opened in Bucharest is the one in Universităţii Sq., with 425 places, following EUR 13 million investments. This parking is owned by the company, with the land conceded by the City Hall.
The underground parking is part of a bigger plan also including the development of an urban ensemble Domniţa Bălaşa – Palace of Justice, with a new public space planning, according to the City Hall website. (source: zf.ro)
