For the new centre in Buzau, the company will employ up to 50 people by the end of this year to provide telesales, customer support, infoline and technical support. The team in Buzau will work for companies in the telecommunication and insurance industries.

The call center in Buzau is located in the city center and has an area of 300 square meters.
"Last year, we opened our first local office in Slobozia, and interim evaluations showed us that we made the right decision. Thus, this year, through our new office in Buzau, we continue the local expansion plan. We tested several cities, and in the end we chose Buzau for its labour potential, but also for its proximity to Bucharest", said Blue Point partner, Violeta Rosu.
