Around 45 medium, large and very large companies in Romania participated in the study.

 

Half of the organizations surveyed have over 500 employees, 20pc have 101 to 499 employees, and 30pc have less than 100 employees.

 

In 2015, the main services provided by companies to employees included: events and personal development workshops, coaching programs, nutrition and massage services and alternative therapies.

 

Participants to the survey include Engie, Raiffeisen Bank, GDF Suez, Cetelem IFN, Genpact Romania, Henkel Romania, Life Care, Smithfield Romania, Synevo, Policolor, TotalSoft, ZENTIVA, Orange Romania, TELUS International Europe, Servier, Casa de Insolventa Transilvania, Ernst and Young Romania, Solver Training, SoftExpert Mobility, Bittnet Systems, Studio Moderna and Medical Devices & Diagnostics.
