The most efficient commercial centre from the Romanian portfolio of Argo Real Opportunities Fund (ARGO), registering the highest revenues from rents in the above mentioned period was the asset in Sibiu.

Shopping City Sibiu registered EUR 4.8 million revenues from rents, excluding of VAT, followed by Era Shopping Park Iaşi, with EUR 2.8 million. The revenues from rents of the mall in Suceava were EUR 2.55 million, while the rents brought for the mall in Oradea EUR 1.7 million for the same period.

Biggest occupancy rate was registered by Era Shopping Park Iaşi, 97%, while Shopping City Suceava has 96% occupancy rate. Shopping City Sibiu registered 93% occupancy rate and Era Shopping Park Oradea is expected to increase its occupancy rate from 75% to 92% by the end of this year, following new leases.

The value of Shopping City Sibiu is EUR 111.9 million, the value of Era Shopping Park Oradea is EUR 77.2 million. Era Shopping Park Iaşi has a value of EUR 75.9 million and Shopping City Suceava is EUR 64.6 million.
