The company estimates its assets to EUR 376 million, including Opera Center, Europe House, Bucharest Business Park and Riverplace (Semănătoarea), but also Europolis logistic park and a commercial centre in Sibiu. The company has a EUR 215 million credits to reimburse for these projects and the group considers this not to be an easy mission. The company also owns in Romania lands for further developments but there is no mention in the report regarding new investments. The lands are assessed at EUR 42 million, which contribute to a general local portfolio of CA Immo of EUR418 million.
