One third of employees are undecided about returning to office

The relaxation of the restrictions brought into question the return to the office of the employees, who in the last year have moved their activity at home or in the space that offered them the most comfort and safety. The pandemic period was one that accelerated the adaptability of employees, but also the way companies operate.

Almost 88% of Romanian employees believe that offices will exist in the future, but most say that post-pandemic workspaces need to be transformed

After a year and a half of working mostly remotely or in a hybrid system, Romanian employees say that the office will play an important role in their lives at work and after the pandemic passes. Almost 88% of them believe that their office will exist in the future, most expecting a transformation of the space in which they worked before, according to a recent survey initiated by Genesis Property among 1,183 employees across the country.

ZF Study: Best Business Centres in Bucharest

Victoria Center building on Calea Victoriei, Sky Tower near Promenada mall and the business park AFI Business Park near AFI Palace Cotroceni mall are the office projects in Bucharest gathering most of the criteria on the list of the companies looking for offices, according to a ZF study based on the answers from eight real estate consultancy companies.
