The Sudarc Business Center building was purchased in the summer of 2017 by the construction company Sudarc SRL in Ploiesti. Since then, it has gone through an extensive process of renovation and modernization, first the free spaces for rent, then the common spaces and now a room of about 300 sqm of business events, located at the ground floor of the building. At present, the building is rented by small and medium companies in proportion of over 80%.

The building body 1 with height regime S + P + 2E is built in 1959, the structure of resistance with load-bearing walls of brick masonry, with reinforced concrete slabs and was consolidated in 2003 with external reinforced concrete elements.
The building of body 2 obtained by extending the initial one with a body S + P + 6E and the meeting room S + P of 300 sqm were made between 1981-1983, having reinforced concrete poles and walls with diagonal bracing on all facades , with all reinforced concrete floors.
