The building is designed for maximum flexibility, using an innovative VRF ventilation system, on 2 pipes, which works on the freon and with heat recovery, without harmful gas emissions. Unused heat is recovered and reused in the system, optimized by BMS. It is an efficent and very flexible system, which allows simultaneous supply of cold and hot air, so that in small areas users can adjust their temperature independently of the rest of the space.
