Chriasii actuali sunt societati de proiectare.
Societatea SHAVLAN SRL detine etajele II si IV ale imobilului de birouri situat in str. Dr. Felix nr. 17 – 19 si doreste sa dea in chirie etajul IV al imobilului cu destinatia spatii de birouri. Suprafata de inchiriat consta in:
- Spatiu de birouri in suprafata de 210,73 mp (inclusiv hol etaj 4 si anexe);
- Spatii comune in suprafata de 6,42 mp,.
Total spatiu de inchiriat 217,15 mp.
Chiriasul va plati in schimbul folosirii spatiului chiria, cheltuielile de intretinere si cheltuielile cu electricitatea si gazul.
Cheltuielile de intretinere constau in:
- servicii de receptie;
- servicii de telefonie receptie;
- intretinerea instalatiilor de incalzire, racire si ventilatie;
- furnizare apa si sistem de canalizare;
- intretinere si reparatii sisteme RSVTI si lift;
- curatenie in zonele comune;
- reparatii in zonele comune;
- servicii dezinsectie;
- curatarea fatadei imobilului;
- paza in interiorul imobilului de birouri;
- depozitarea si eliminarea deseurilor;
- managementul cladirii;
- asigurare.
Chiria lunara este de 14 EUR/mp plus TVA, pentru suprafata totala de 217 mp. Cheltuielile de intretinere se vor achita lunar in cuantum de 3 EUR/mp plus TVA, pentru suprafata de 217 mp.
Cheltuielile cu electricitatea si gazul vor fi facturate separate, conform consumului propriu al chiriasului.
In prezent spatiul este partial partitionat, chiriasul poate schimba aceste partitii conform necesitatilor proprii. Bucataria este dotata cu mobilier.
Totodata, punem la dispozitie, contra cost, trei locuri de parcare, unul in fata imobilului si doua la subsol. Chiria solicitata este de 75 euro pentru locul din exteriorul imobilului, respectiv 100 de euro pentru fiecare loc situat la subsolul imobilului.
Incalzirea/racirea aerului se face cu ajutorul ventilo-convectoarelor. Acestea pot fi setate la temperatura dorita atat pe ansamblul spatiului cat si local pe fiecare aparat. In spatiul destinat biroului este montata mocheta, in chicineta este parchet laminat, iar in bai si pe hol gresie. Cladirea are asigurata paza 24 de ore din 24, este dotata cu lift, sistem anti-incendiu, sistem de supraveghere la efractie, alarma, interfon, internet fibra optica, sistem voce – date cu RAC-uri dotate cu switch-uri pe fiecare etaj, cu cate 24 de prize duble (voce date si telefonie), realizat prin cablare structurata.
In zona sunt numeroase restaurante, policlinici, farmacii, banci.
Transport in comun: acces metrou (Piata Victoriei, Gara de Nord), RATB.
Imobilul este situat in str. Dr Iacob Felix nr. 17-19, Bucuresti, sector 1, aproape de Piata Victoriei si Gara de Nord.
