Hello, I am interested in renting a room for a course / seminar at your location, for the periods according to the attached table (total 14 days / 2019 during February 15). Number of people: approximately 60-set-up-theater. Required room surface: minimum 80-maximum 120 sqm. This surface is needed because events involve different workouts in pairs. I would like the space to have natural light and the possibility of adjusting the room temperature independently of the rest of the building (if possible). It is very important to have a silent framework for our events. These mostly involve aspects of meditation, and the possible loud noise of the adjoining spaces would not be a support for us. As an endowment room we need: • Flipchart / Whiteboard • Video projector / Overhead projector • Projection screen • Sound system. It is appropriate to convey to you that the structure of the courses we organize involves intense hydration of the students during the 3 days of the event (approximately 3-4 l water / participant / event). That is why the events we support are accompanied by 2 water dispensers that we travel to in all events.
