The main requirements defining the needs of the institution are: - The useful surface developed - aprox. 20,000 sqm including cabinet spaces for dignitaries (ministers, state secretaries, senior civil servants), individual offices for the managers of the organizational structures (general directors, directors, deputy directors etc.), executive office desks, protocol rooms, administrative spaces; - The number of people to work in the building - aprox. - The building must have all the operating facilities: lighting, heating, air conditioning, telephone and IT cabling, etc .; - Own parking 200 seats; Taking into account the above requirements, we ask you to provide us with information about the buildings in Bucharest that meet these requirements, with the express mention of the following: useful floor area, facilities, if it is or can be divided according to the requirements at the expense of the owner or the tenant , if it is furnished or can be furnished at the expense of the owner, if the cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of the premises and facilities related to the building are provided, the rent requested (per square meter, per month, per year), other specific rental conditions.The information and presentation materials will be submitted, by 31.03.2017, to the e-mail address provided. Please note that this application is intended to substantiate the decision to rent a building and the budget required for this action and does not legally and patrimonously employ the institution against potential bidders. In case the institution decides to rent a building, the contracting procedure will be organized in compliance with the principles of competition, transparency, advertising, equal treatment and non-discrimination of the participants, according to the legal provisions.
