Ideas and concept resulting in a state of the art building. A very tough job in times of crisis where economics and financial results seem more important than being faithful to a vision.

It was the merit of the developer to remind the architects, the engineers, the consultants and the interior designers that this project could only succeed if all the conceptual ideas were followed.

Simple ideas like open landscape and nocross bars soon resulted in a state of the are engineering process never executed in Romania before. The university of Timisoara executed one to one scale models of the steel construction and checked the performance of the structure. An increase in steel and concentrate amounts did not dissolve the ides of an open landscape office with unlimited view. An environmental friendly building also meant investing in new and ecological technologies unknown to the current office market.

This building and architecture are a result of a ling and hard designing process powered by a developer with a clear and long term vision. Essential in a face developing city of 2.2 million inhabitants.
Standing a few hundred meters from the exact geographical center of Bucharest Unirii View offers a wealth of places of interest, shops, excellent public transportation links and open spaces, all within a few minutes walk.
