Number of construction permits up 4.3 pct in first two months of 2015

In the first two months of the year, 3,923 building permits have been issued for residential buildings, up 4.3 percent compared to the same period of 2014, increases being recorded in the South-East, North-West, Bucharest-Ilfov, South-Muntenia and North-East, according to the National Statistics Institute (INS).
