Consisting of a reconstructed industrial object and a new building (both designed by Ricardo Bofill), the scheme is being built by Průmstav. Of the total of 15,000 sqm of office in Vision Park, some 43 percent has been pre-leased to Economia and a few other companies belonging to the landlord, Zdeněk Bakala.
