New rentals, which exclude lease renegotiations and renewals, represent 60,000 sq. m of the total area, namely 57 pct. of the total volume, shows a study of CBRE.

 

„The increase of the total rental activity in the beginning of 2016 was triggered by the settlement of a healthy business environment, which leaded to the growth of the companies already present on the local market, as well to an important number of new players which chose Bucharest as new market, plus a few transactions started last year which completed in 2016“, shows the CBRE report.

 

The western part of Bucharest saw the largest number of transactions, representing 39 pct. of the total, followed by the northern Bucharest and Pipera.  (source: zf.ro)
