The period has covered 2007-2013 and had a total budget of 1.6 billion lei for the region Bucharest-Ilfov, addressing both entrepreneurs and local authorities.
Unfortunately, nearly 70% of this amount was reimbursed by the Management Authority, namely more than 1.1 billion lei.

The project submitted by Genesis Development, the owner of West Gate, controlled by the Romanian entrepreneur Liviu Tudor, had a total budget of 88 million lei, the EU grant covering almost half of it. The Sports Complex La Stejarii has received financing for less than half of the total budget, namely 35 million lei from the total of 83 million lei.
West Gate  is an office complex situated in the western part of Bucharest, in the proximity of the metro station Preciziei. Currently, the entire complex is totalling nearly 75,000 sqm office space, rented to companies such as Societe Generale European Business Services or Group Renault Romania.
In the end of the year, Liviu Tudor has also submitted a request to the Ministry of Transports for the construction of a passage from the metro station Preciziei, but the office owner will do it from its own sources. (source: zf.ro)
