UPC will consolidate the offices it currently has at Sema Park and Sos. Nordului.

This is the first contract signed by Forte Partners for the second phase of The Bridge project. The building will be ready in the fourth quarter of this year, one year after the delivery of the first. The Bridge 2 has 20,000 sqm of office space, compared to 36,000 sqm within its first phase.
At the same time, UPC is the third largest tenant of the project after IBM and BCR, which contracted the first phase offices with 18,000 sqm each. (source: zf.ro)
