CITR sold a penthouse within the residential complex Alia Apartments in Bucharest, bought for nearly one million Euros, as well as 36 villas in the complex Green City in southern Bucharest, owned by the company Radstok Construcții SRL.

CITR finalized the selling procedure of a multifunctional warehouse in Bihor county, owned by the company Hanil Electronics, a former factory of hardware components. The building of 26,400 sq. m was sold for the amount of EUR 4.8 million.

In the same period over 27,000 sq. m land in Timis county were sold for EUR 450,000 and an industrial warehouse in Otopeni for EUR 756,000. (source: economica.net)
