The period between January and September this year brought transactions with very large office spaces, the first three exceeding volumes of 10,000 – 20,000 sq. m each.
The first ten largest office transactions in the first nine months of this year totalizes over 80,000 sq. m, the IT and outsourcing companies being the most active regarding office market moves, shows a ZF study.
The largest contract is the pre-lease signed by the Indian outsourcing services provider Genpact, a worldwide giant, for an area of nearly 22,000 sq. m in a office building which will be delivered next year, within Hermes Business Campus project in Dimitrie Pompeiu area in Bucharest, project developed by Belgian Atenor.
