Andrei Iancu Timofte bought the shares through the company Parc Logistic Transilvania, paying EUR 6.5 million.
Following this transaction the Timofte family is now the owner of the major package of shares. Andrei Iancu Timofte and his father, Mircea Timofte, own approx 80% of the shares of Transilvania Construcţii, one of the most important construction companies in Transylvania. (source: zf.ro)
