Last year in November 2015, NEPI opened the first phase of the project, a 10,000 sqm Carrefour hypermarket, as well as a Gallery of Shops accommodating multiple retail units on a surface of 8,000 sqm.

 

The shopping mall benefits from external surface car parking and additional parking on the roof of the Mall, offering to the customers 3,000 parking spaces in total and additionally an extension to the City Tram network.
