The complex was recently sold to Lion's Head Investments, a joint-venture between South African investment fund Old Mutual Property and AG Capital, a South East Europe investment group operating in Sofia, thus entering the local market.
The building will have a net area of 25,000 square meters.

The Oregon Park project, with a leasable area of about 70,000 square meters, consists of three class A office buildings and is located in the northern part of Bucharest, in Pipera. The first two buildings are already completed in Oregon Park, and the third is under construction.

Currently, buildings A and B are leased to companies like Oracle, Deloitte, Euler Hermes and Kepler Alten. The 4 hectare plot on which Oregon Park is built was purchased from Grupo Nusco in 2014. (source: profit.ro)
