Laszlo Csiki former worked on the asset management market and starting November 2011 he occupied the position of head of corporate asset & facility management for Eastern Europe within Metro Group. During last 15 years, Csiki held various executive positions, having operational and regional responsibilities as managing director for Metro Group Retail Real Estate Romania and regional director for CEE of Metro Group Asset Management.

With an activity covering countries such as Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia or Greece, Csiki has expertise in real estate field, property and asset management, as in investments.

Holler occupied the position of member in the executive council of Adama since November 2011, managing the company’s takeover by Immofinanz Group. He directly managed the integration process of the developer within the group.

In his mandate, Adama built in 2012 and 2013 new phases of the projects Edenia Titan and Evocasa Optima in Bucharest, as well as Copou Bellevue in Iasi. Moreover, in 2013 the company registered 25% increase in the sales compared to 2012.

Adama is active in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey, where it has currently developed over 1,650 apartments and several tens of thousands square metres of commercial and office spaces.
