Tenaris will occupy the 15th floor of the building – a Class A office space with terrace and view to Charles de Gaulle Sq. and Herastrau Park. This new transaction represents approx. 1,000 sqm from the available office space and adds to the other two transactions intermediated in the building by The Advisers / Knight Frank, since their mandate starting, 5 months ago. Generali and Lafarge are other multinationals that announced recently their relocation to the building, with 4,000 sqm and 2,000 sqm. The transaction represents also a consolidation, on one floor, of the entire activities of the company in Bucharest. The relocation of the company will be effective starting April this year.
