The renewal of the lease agreement Telekom signed for 13,000 sq. m in City Gate represents the transaction of the year on the real estate market in Bucharest.

 

Telekom Romania, the largest telecom group on the local market with annual business of one billion Euros, will keep its headquarters for five more years in City Gate project in Piaţa Presei Libere from Bucharest, owned by investment fund GTC, have declared for ZF sources in the real estate market.

 

The headquarters of Telekom, one of the largest employers in Bucharest, are an important stake on the real estate market and in 2014 the decision of Romtelecom and Cos­mote at that time to consolidate the operations was the most hunted contract.

 

In the end of 2014, Ioannis Papalekas said that he signed a lease agreement on ten years for 25,000 sq. m with Telekom Romania in his project Globalworth Campus.   (source: zf.ro)
