Currently, the company is pending construction permits for the construction of two blocks of 94 apartments, 25 per cent more compared to the first development stage of the project.

According to Andreea Hamza, marketing and sales director at Tagor, the minimum area of an apartment in Adora will have 42 sqm, functioning as small apartment with two rooms.

 

The Adora projects are owned by British fund Patron Capital and managed by Tagor asset management company. The projects have started in 2013 with Adora Urban Village and continued in 2014 and 2015 with Adora Park Arad, Adora Forest in Timisoara and Adora Pipera in Nothern Bucharest.
