The developer has, according to CITIR, the occasion to reorganize its activity in order to balance the company. Swan Office & Technology Park represents the investment of the London company Chayton Capital LLP and was delivered in 2Q 2011, in northern Bucharest, with a total area of 29,124 sqm. SWAN is the first office project in Romania to obtain the green building certificate Post-Construction, according to BREEAM Europe 2009 regulations (with the “Very Good” rating). The project is among the most attractive office buildings in northern Bucharest, finishing 2012 with a raise of the occupancy degree and having advanced negotiations with potential new tenants.
