Investec had 4.8 pct of NEPI’s shares before a transaction made yesterday, increasing its participation to 5 pct, with a value of 723 million lei.
The real estate investment fund has a capitalization of 14.4 billion lei on Bucharest Stock Exchange. The main market where its shares are though transacted is the Johannesburg Stock, the fund also being present on the AIM segment of London Stock. (source: zf.ro)
