IGD develops and manages shopping centres, with a significant position in the distribution market in Romanis. Winmarkt, the largest shopping centres network in Romania is owned by the Italian group IGD - Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione.
The network includes 15 shopping centres in 13 cities with 88,200 sq. m GLA and has ended the fiscal year 2012 wit EUR 11.3 million and a net profit of EUR 5.8 million. In Q1 2013 Winmarkt registered EUR 5.3 million turnover. (source: economica.net)
