The project, which is underway on the corner of Kapelanka and Kobierzyńska streets, marks the developer’s debut on the Kraków office market. The complex will consist of two Class A office buildings. Each building will have nine floors above ground and three underground. The total leasable area will amount to 30,000 sqm.
