According to sources in the market, the investor is in negotiations with the investment fund Globalworth, controlled by Ioannis Papalekas.

The group Renault, with business exceeding EUR 4.5 billion in Romania has recently announced officially its intention to consolidate all its operations in a headquarter in Western Bucharest, the winner of the bid for the development of the project being Simon Roth. 
The future headquarters will have a rentable area of nearly 40,000 sq.m, but the exact zone where the project is to be built wasn’t disclosed yet by Renault.
Sources in the market say that the office project will be situated in the area of the metro station Preciziei in Western Bucharest, where Roth owns plots of lands from the former Coca-Cola production facility. (source: zf.ro)
