At the moment, Siemens occupies an office space in the West Gate Business Center project, developed by Genesis Development.

On the short list is the Campus 6 project developed by Skanska on the former Pumac platform, on Iuliu Maniu Blvd., close to Polytechnic and the Orhideea area, the newest office pole in Bucharest.
The project will include four office buildings with a total rental surface of 81,000 square meters, including two underground floors and 1,000 parking spaces. The first phase of Campus 6 should be completed in the third quarter of 2018 as a result of an investment of EUR 37.8 million.

"The Siemens lease agreement for the headquarters in Bucharest, located in the West Gate Business Center, is due to expire in December 2018. In this context, the company analyzes the options of the office projects available in Bucharest, without excluding the possibility to extend the contract to the current location", Siemens representatives declared.

Such a decision requires a careful analysis that takes into account not only the financial terms but also the technical specifications of the building and the facilities offered, location, but also how friendly the environment is the building, they stressed.

According to market data, Skanska submitted an offer alongside other competitors. Siemens is looking for offices on an area of 4,500-5,000 sqm and Skanska's Campus 6 project is one of the possible locations. (Source: zf.ro)
