Last year, the Cypriots have focused their investments almost exclusively on Romania. The company bought the Praktiker store in Craiova from the fund Bluehouse Capital for EUR 6.1 million, a price with 39 pct. smaller than the price paid by the seller four years ago. The DIY store, with a GLA of 9,385 sq. m, produces net yearly operational revenue of nearly EUR 1 million.

 

The property is part of a package of assets Secure Property bought for EUR 23.2 million. The package also includes 24.35 pct. of the office building Delea Nouă (the ANCOM headquarters) and a residential package in Bucharest and Sofia, with a total value of EUR 18.6 million.

 

In Romania, the fund also owns the logistics park Innovations in Clinceni, bought for EUR 12.6 million, the office building EOS Business Park –Danone headquarters – bought for EUR 5.85 million, a portfolio of 122 apartments in residential compounds and a plot of land of 4.8 hectares in Green Lake, kept for future developments.
